Emergence: An Alaska Film

In April 2023, skiers Connor Koch, Jonny Morsicato and Mitchell Quiring ventured into the heart of the Alaska Range for a 2-week expedition. They battled storms, weathered extreme cold, and skied incredible snow in the shadow of America’s tallest peaks.

Working alongside Dakota Lithium, the team brought out a Powerbox 135 solar generator and a newly developed 180 watt solar panel, the Solar 180. Extensive usage and testing were done— the team notes that the equipment was critical to completing production of this film while on the remote Alaskan glacier.
